• мати спеціалізацію «Освіта в Німеччині»;
• надавати послуги виключно на індивідуальній основі (без шаблонних рішень і «наполегливих маркетингових рекомендацій» при виборі того чи іншого напрямку / навчальної програми / ВНЗ / мовної школи / міста ...);
• завжди надавати максимум коректної та 100% -перевіреної інформації (повірте, не завжди те, що «нам сказали ...» відповідає реальності);
• приділяти увагу найменшим деталям своєї роботи (самі знаєте, хто там криється);
